Customer Service Manager
Kristbjörg  Björnsdóttir, or,,Kibba" started her carrier in aviation in 2OO2 in the charter flight department at Air lceland. She manages all services for customers, bookings etc.

Jón Karlsson is one of the original founders of the original Norlandair, back in 1974. So, it is fair to say that Mr. Karlsson has spent most of his professional career at Akureyri airport.

Steindór Kristinn Jónsson was one of the owners of ,,Fjardaflug" which merged with Norlandair on the 1st of June 2008.

Arnar Friðriksson has over a decade experience in the software business but has now made the transition to aviation. Arnar has a BSc in Computer Science from Högskolan i Skövde (Sweden) and a MBA from Reykjavik University.
